Press Release Author = Allison Reynolds

Industry = Internet & Online

Press Release Summary = Unique internet challenge to raise $1 Million for Multiple
Sclerosis research

Press Release Body = Sydney, Australia January 1st 2007 - Allison Reynolds has been
on the internet, as she puts it, longer than it has existed. Mother of two
teenagers, Allison was diagnosed in January 2000 with having Multiple Sclerosis. But
she hasn't let that slow her down, since diagnosis she has organised several events
to raise money for research into the causes and cure of MS, but this will be her
largest yet with the goal of raising $1 Million in 2007.

"The internet has enormous power" says Allison "if you can capture the imagination
of its users, you have millions of people on your side". And capture the imagination
she has with her site www.NetXperiment.com. The site challenges the people,
businesses and communities of the internet, to contribute to the cause and in return
their nominated name and website link is displayed with other names and links. The
more that is contributed under that name, the bigger the display in the contributor
cloud.

"The idea came to me after seeing the tag clouds on sites like Flickr that display
the most popular searches, NetXperiment's contributor cloud is similar but driven by
the amount donated. This method of displaying dynamic contributor names and links
is totally unique, not only in a business sense, but for charity too" explains
Allison.

NetXperiment in its first week of launch is already ranked the #1 philanthropy based
site on Squidoo (www.squidoo.com ), the internet's largest philanthropy community,
and is in the top 10 ranking of all its sites.

In addition internet communities have started challenging each other to see who can
have the largest display name in the cloud. "I am encouraging friendly rivalry
between people, groups and businesses to ensure that this is fun as well as for a
good cause. Think of it as an internet fun run with the finish line $1 Million away"

All donations from the NetXperiment site go to Foundation 5 Million
(www.f5m.com.au), a group of people with MS raising funds for research into MS. MS
is an autoimmune disease that attacks myelin and brain tissue causing physical and
cognitive impairment. In Australia approximately 3 people per day are newly
diagnosed and with the improvement in diagnosis tools, the percentage of children in
this group is rising.

"There are 1.08 billion internet users out there, if I have to raise the million
dollars, a dollar at a time, I will" says Allison.
